2. Client Migration Data & Tenant Sovereignty

During cloud migrations, platform deployments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Workplace, Azure, GCP, Ace Cloud), and ongoing managed IT operations:

• Zero Data Interception: We do not inspect, read, copy, or store the contents of client emails, documents, or databases for any purpose outside the strictly authorized migration pipeline.
• Client Root Sovereignty: You maintain 100% root administrative control, tenant keys, and encryption master passwords.
• Credential Disposal: Any temporary administrative credentials or migration staging tokens provided to our architects for cutover execution are permanently revoked and erased upon final project signoff.

3. How We Use The Information Gathered

We require this information to understand your technical needs and provide professional services, specifically for:

• Responding to consultation inquiries and scheduling architect calls.
• Scoping migration runbooks, provisioning cloud licensing, and conducting DNS/security posture assessments.

4. Data Retention & Right to Be Forgotten

We retain personal contact and commercial records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with statutory accounting and legal obligations.

You can exercise your ‘right to be forgotten’ at any time and request that we erase your personal data from our CRM and marketing databases. This will be erased upon receiving your instruction unless an exception applies that permits us to continue processing your data for legal reasons.
